Portfolio

     Our investment portfolio always includes main assets classes such as cash, bonds or loans, property and equity investments. They may also include more alternative investments such as private equity, hedge funds, protected and or guaranteed investments. The portfolios also have a mix of fund holdings, direct equities, physical properties and commodities. 
 

     We are trying to work on a best practice guidance when structuring our investment deals and always obtain highly professional advice on appropriate holding structures from the leading international advisors. Such advice helps us to reduce the pressure of the many unnecessary charges that can diminish investment returns.
 

     We monitor performance of our investment portfolios on an ongoing basis to ensure returns are aligned. All portfolios are actively rebalanced whenever a change is required in order to achieve the target return.
